What counts as consumer health data
Information that could identify a person's physical or mental health, medical conditions, medications, disabilities, reproductive health, or use of health products.
What we do not allow
- Listings of prescription medication, controlled substances, or unregistered medical devices.
- Listings claiming to cure, treat or diagnose any disease.
- Sharing another person's health information without their consent.
If you share health info with us
If you mention a health condition in a support ticket (for example, "I need this refund because I'm in hospital"), we use it only to handle your case and store it in your ticket history. We do not sell, advertise on, or share health data with third parties.
Your controls
- You can request deletion of any health-related message via support@salonemarketplace.com.
- You can export all of your data from Account → Privacy.
